After a LONG day of travel, we have arrived in Ensenada, Mexico! While it has been an exciting day, we are all exhausted yet happy. We have had very few complications other than a few tummy aches after smoothies in the Atlanta Airport [disclaimer: never eat at the Freshens in the ATL Airport or you will get sick and want to die]. As much as I would love to write oodles of fun details, I need sleep, BAD, so I will keep it short and sweet for tonight.
The drive from San Diego to Ensenada was a strange blend of coastal mountains, the glimmering pacific and make-shift homes.
We ate dinner at this great little place called "Dos Hermanos" [translation: two brothers]. It was great!
Now we're all just settling in at camp. The YUGO team has been so welcoming and kind. We are in such good hands!
Please pray for our team: health, communication, energy, trust, servants hearts, unity...Thank you so much for the support you have and are currently feeding us.
Trying to get moving at 6 a.m.
